Cinemasque

(Unfortunately our submission build to the Game Jam is not optimised and as such is essentially unplayable. We do apologise.  We are planning on putting the optimised version up here alongside the original Game Jam submission. We have opted to keep the original submission accessible to respect the integrity of the Game Jam, and honour its spirit. "Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.")

The player must traverse the narrow, liminal cinema corridors and use their 3D mask to collect Film Reels to win. These Film Reels will be scattered around the cinema, as well as within “Poster” areas, only entered through equipping their mask and wherein the player cannot toggle the mask off. Simultaneously, the monster stalks the player, changing its appearance and approach dependent on the mask’s status (on/off). The monster can be repelled with a flash of your torch.
